Aneta has been a participant in the Polish venture capital industry for 11 years. Between 2006 and 2017, she was an Investment Manager at Krajowy Fundusz Kapitałowy S.A. (National Capital Fund) – the first venture capital fund-of-funds in Poland. She was involved in each step of the investment process (due diligence of investment proposals, LPA negotiations and deal execution) to establish VC funds, and monitored and supervised portfolio funds with capitalization of PLN 30-80 million, targeting mainly start-up and seed SMEs. She was involved in 6 advisory boards, including as Chairman, and 7 investment committees of VC funds. As a member of VC fund investment committees, she took part in 23 investment projects, including follow-on and exit.
Previously, for 5 years she gained experience on the operator and non-operator telecom market. She worked as a Sales and Marketing Director at a leading distributor and service center for telecom appliances in Poland.
She is an alumnus of the Warsaw School of Economics, with an MSc in Finance & Banking and Management & Marketing.
Aneta has participated in numerous trainings, including courses organized by the EVCA concerning investing and managing PE/VC funds.
